We only use soy beans that are imported from Canada and certified Non-GMO. We boil the soy beans for an hour over a medium fire with pandan leaves for a creamier texture and a more fragrant taste.

We cook this in a traditional recipe and we offer two choices of sweet syrup with our Tau Foo Fa. Our homemade healthy thick gula Melaka syrup or a lighter sweet sugar syrup with a touch of ginger spice. Either one hits the spot!
